Voize is currently offered free of charge unless we clearly state otherwise.

If we introduce paid features or services in the future, we will clearly present the applicable pricing and any additional terms before you purchase or subscribe.

You need an account to use Voize. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity that occurs under it.

You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your account details up to date.

You are responsible for the content you submit through Voize, including spoken input, text, and other materials you choose to provide while using the service.

You keep any rights you have in your content. You grant us a limited right to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate, maintain, secure, and provide the service and its user-facing features to you.

You may not use Voize to break the law, infringe others' rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, abuse rate limits, or submit harmful, fraudulent, or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for other users, our providers, or the service itself.

Voize uses AI systems to generate responses, corrections, and feedback. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in some situations, and it should not be treated as professional, legal, medical, financial, or exam-certifying advice.

You are responsible for how you interpret and use the output generated by the service.

We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue parts of Voize at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Features may change as we improve the product, including the AI models, conversation templates, storage behavior, and supported devices or browsers.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar mandatory protections, those rights continue to apply even if a provision in these Terms would otherwise suggest a broader limitation.

Voize and its branding, software, design, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

Voize is provided on an as-available basis, and we work to keep the service reliable and useful. However, we do not promise that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Voize at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users or providers, or used the service in a way that could harm Voize or others.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Voize after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
